ONLINE SHOP FAQs

Please follow these easy steps in ordering World Balance items from our website:

  • Choose an item from our product categories (Men, Women, and Children).
  • Email the style, color, size, and quantity you want to care@worldbalance.com.ph.
  • Pay through different options offered

If you haven’t proceeded to payment, you can still change your order by emailing your revised order.

Please refer to the size chart of all our World Balance items here.

You may track your order through the tracking number given in the email.

The minimum order required to purchase from our website is PhP 800.00. Any purchases made at PhP 799.00 or below will not be allowed.

If your chosen item is not visible in our website, you can email your order at care@worldbalance.com.ph. Don’t worry as we will try to coordinate with our physical stores and find the item for you.

If you are unavailable once the order has been delivered to your mailing address, please leave an ID card to someone living with you (i.e, closest family member or relative) to notify the courier that the person is the intended recipient.

PAYMENT FAQs

Once item is available, you can make your payment through the ff: payment channels:

  • PayPal: Once you create a PayPal account, please search for the email webstore@worldbalance.com.ph to transfer your payment
  • Direct Bank Transfer- For direct bank transfer, please make your payment directly through our bank account in BDO under World Balance International Inc. with acct no. 001600143537. Once you have made your deposit, please scan or send us a picture of the deposit slip and email it to care@worldbalance.com.ph so we can verify the payment and process your order for delivery.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

    The COD payment method is accepted but for selected areas only

    • Metro Manila
    • Bulacan – Balagtas, Bocaue, Guiguinto, Malolos, Marilao, Plaridel, Meycauayan, San Jose Del Monte, Sta. Maria
    • Cavite – Amadeo, Bacoor, Carmona, Cavite City, Dasmariñas, GMA, Gen. Trias, Imus, Indang, Kawit, Mendez, Naic, Noveleta, Silang, Tanza, Trece Martirez
    • Laguna – Biñan, Cabuyao, Calamba, San Pedro, Sta. Rosa
    • Rizal – Angono, Antipolo, Cainta, Binangonan, Rodriguez, Taytay, San Mateo, Cardona, Jalajala, Tanay, Teresa.
  • We also accept payments via LBC Pera Padala, Cebuana, and Palawan Express. Specific instructions will be given once there is an available stock.

World Balance provides FREE delivery to all our customers nationwide for orders P800 and above.

As of the moment, we ship orders ONLY in the Philippines.

GENERAL FAQs

If you saw any defects on your order or if you feel you’re not satisfied in the product, please email our Customer Care department at care@worldbalance.com.ph. Kindly tell us the name of the item you ordered. Don’t worry. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We will gladly replace your item.
