How to return/exchange the item?
> Your item is eligible for a return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
a. Within 30 days of delivery date
b. Invoice available
c. Original condition & tags intact
d. Original packaging
> Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to WBCares@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
>Should you wish to exchange or return an item due to wrong item delivered, we will shoulder all the shipping costs that will incur.
> Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return your item.
