How to ship outside the Philippines?

Unfortunately, we only ship orders in the Philippines.

You may ask a friend or relative to receive the order in your behalf then have him/her ship it to you instead.

 

What are the payment methods? 

There are different ways on how you can pay for your orders. 

1. PAYPAL EXPRESS - you may pay with your credit/debit cards.
Express checkouts save customer payment and shipping information so that returning customers can more quickly complete payment for their orders. 

2. PAYPAL- Search for the email, wbcares@chgglobal.com.ph to pay manually. 

3. BDO Bank payment- CHG Global Inc with account number 001600143537 and send proof of payment to wbcares@chgglobal.com.ph

Proof of payment should be submitted and verified before we can process your orders.

5. PAYMONGO- you may pay with your credit/debit card or GCASH.

6. DRAGONPAY - you may pay with your GCASH, GRABPAY, SHOPEE PAY and PAYMAYA.

7. BILLEASE -   is a buy now, pay later app that offers customers the convenience of paying for their purchases through easy monthly installments, with the flexibility to choose between interest-free or interest-bearing options, all without the need for a debit or credit card. 8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

Refunds could be done in the following ways:

  • GCASH
  • BANK Deposit
  • PAYPAL


How to return/exchange the item?

  • Your item is eligible for a return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
    a. Within 30 days of delivery date
    b. Invoice available
    c. Original condition & tags intact
    d. Original packaging
  • Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to WBCares@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
  • Should you wish to exchange or return an item due to wrong item delivered, we will shoulder all the shipping costs that will incur.
  • Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return your item.


How much is the shipping fee?

  • There is free shipping available with a minimum purchase of P 1000.
  • P 100 shipping fee apply for P 999 below nationwide.

 

How long is the delivery time?

  • Within Metro Manila 2 to 3 business days from the pick-up date
  • Outside Metro Manila 5 to 10 business days from the pick-up date
