Likes: The design of sandals is simple yet fashionable. I received exactly what i ordered. I like it also that it was well-packed. Overall i like the product.

Dislikes: Unresponsive customer service here in world balance chat box. And most of all, the SLOW delivery process of their courier. It took more than 1 week to be delivered. So thats why i gave 3 stars.
